Thanksgiving Dinner and Dance at Mountain Air Ranch Family Nudist Resort

Saturday, Nov 21st, is the date for the Ranch's annual Thanksgiving Dinner and Dance.

Dinner is at 6pm with the Traditional Thanksgiving Fare. Kathy W. and Karen M. are preparing our sumptuous feast.

The Dance, sponsored by Chris and Gary M, starts at 8pm and features Midlife Crisis as the band. Click the link to learn more about the band and their music.

Last I heard, that was at least one room still available in the Lodge, for those members or guests that wish to spend the night Saturday. And YES, the pool is still open.

Texas Hold'em Tournament Cancelled

Due to inclement weather, the Texas Hold'em Poker Tournament for this evening has been cancelled, along with the Pot Luck Dinner.

The roads in the foothills and mountains, as of last night, were treacherous as Carla found out while driving back from the mountains. The weather forecast is for heavier snow this afternoon and evening.

Bob is trying to call those who came last month to let them know.

Saturday Night Texas Holdem Tournament

No, not Strip Poker (although everyone could be nude) and not Dress Poker, but Texas Hold'Em Poker. This Saturday (November 14th) at 7pm.

There will be a pot luck dinner at 5pm in the Clubhouse dining room, and Carla will do Poker Training at 6pm, with the Texas Holdem Tournament starting at 7pm. If you don't know poker, don't worry, you can still win (or having fun trying).

BYOB and bring an appetizer to share, if you want.

The fireplace will be roaring and the hot tub and swimming pool are BOTH open.

A Great Weekend

This past Saturday, Sunday and Monday were ideal at the Ranch. Temperatures on Saturday were in the 70s (the picture was taken Saturday evening), and on Sunday the pool deck was up in the 80s. Right now (1pm) on Monday, the pool deck is a pleasant 79 degrees with a mild breeze and NO clouds overhead.

A Nice Fall Weekend

The weather for this weekend is expected to be GREAT! Sunday, in particular, should be warm and pleasant.

Remember that the swimming pool is still open and heated to between 82 and 84 degrees (and the new pool heater is really doing a good job). If you get there early and the pool is still covered, feel free to pull the cover back if you wish.

Dan has closed the Lost Bikini Grill for the season, so on-Ranch you are limited to the vending machines for munchies. So, bring your own lunch if you wish to stay the whole day. There are a lot of good restaurants with take-out just 7 miles away at Kipling and C-470, if you want to stop on your way in.
