Park Model Sites Available at Colorado's Finest Nudist Resort

Imagining having your own nudist vacation/retirement residence in an idyllic mountain setting just 25 minutes from Denver, Colorado. We are located southwest of Denver, 30 mile drive from the center of Denver or 50 miles from Denver International Airport.

Mountain Air Ranch Family Nudist Resort is offering 6 sites for Park Models to any interested members or would-be members. These 6 select sites offer electricity and sewer service, with water service provided to your storage tank by a commercial service. Each site can hold up to a 399 square foot Park Model home with space for parking and site-holder-installed deck/patio. Phone, satellite TV, and dedicated internet service can be installed, and free shared WiFi is available at most sites.

The rental cost of each site is only $300 per month plus utilities (12 month lease, $3600 total payment due, monthly payments available). You put your own Park Model on the site, models subject to approval. Generally, Park Models must be in good repair and relatively recent manufacture, with colors that blend with the mountain setting (natural siding and green roofs), similar to the model shown below.

Discounts will be made to first residents of sites applied to the first two years of rent, to offset costs to install Park Model, concrete pad, electric hookup and sewer hookup.

The following benefits are available to all residents:

• Use of the Clubhouse, with heated swimming pool (open mid-April to the end of November) and hot tub (open year round), lounge chairs around the pool/hot tub, and BBQ grill.
• Sauna Building with showers
• Recreation room with wood-burning fireplace (wood provided by Ranch), satellite TV, pool table, ping-pong, board games
• Sports courts for Bocce ball, volleyball, paddle tennis, shuffleboard
• 10 miles of nude hiking trails
• Community Kitchen with covered outdoor seating and BBQ grills
• Participation in membership activities including dances, pot luck dinners, sports tournaments, game nights, pool parties
• Seasonal restaurant (Memorial Day thru Labor Day) offering meals on the weekend
• Lodge room rentals for visiting guests

Full membership in Mountain Air Ranch Family Nudist Resort is required for all residents, membership and visitor fees are outlined in our rates page. Park Model sites offered are in addition to, and separate from, trailer sites offered for RV/trailer use. Mountain Air Ranch, Inc. is a non-profit corporation setup by the late Jim Herndon to provide for nudist activities and socialization in a comfortable and secure environment.
